Please note items are handmade and one of a kind. Variations in color and design should be considered part of their unique beauty. Please handle with love! 

Returns Policy

We will gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Please contact at info@brassandbalance.com for any returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. We currently do not support international shipping. 

Orders will be processed within 5-10 business days. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Care Instructions for the Mobile

Each and every mobile will vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our mobiles. Handle the mobile with care and avoid touching the brass with your fingers which can leave marks on the brass due to oil from your fingers. All mobiles have been lacquered to protect the surface. However, over time the brass will naturally darken with age with its own patina. We suggest you embrace the beauty of the natural aging process in your brass pieces.

Hanging the Mobile

Hang from an anchored hook in the ceiling. Each mobile has a split ring where you can remove the chain with the welded ring if you would prefer your mobile to be "floating" in the air. If you want your mobile to "float", use a fishing line and tie it to the split ring at the top of the mobile adjusted to your desired length, tie a strong knot and loop it over the hook. 

While these pieces can look great in a nursery, please be sure to not hang above where a baby or child would sleep and keep the mobile out of reach of children.
